Five Days To Act Against Pedham & WASPS

In January 2024 we expressed our opinions on the proposal for 2,579 houses in Farningham on Pedham Place Golf Course and and a 28,000 seat stadium in Crockenhill.

Since then Sevenoaks District Council have re-drafted their local plan due to the increased housing obligation imposed by the government.

This means the Sevenoaks District Council still intends to go ahead with both developments.

Opposition to both this and other sites throughout the district has been enormous. Here's an example from the national press.

Crockenhill, Eynsford and Farningham Parish Councils have collaborated employ a top strategic planner to respond on behalf of the communities. However, we still need your help: your voice will influence whether these proposals move forward.

There is a public consultation that will decide whether these developments go ahead. It closes 11:59pm on Thursday 11th of December 2025.
